No time to wimp out now.
I need a hole for the buzz saw blade.

After the first hole, I could see waste
metal could get under my paper template.

So I tapped it down, and got started.

It was hard to see the paper edge
under the tape, so I marked it in.

I used a piece of foam to cut on. Supported the
center of the C, which I was really worried about.

Here is is after spending many hours
polishing the cut edges, and a little cleaning

A good cleaning on the inside,
and I'm ready for plexiglass.
