Last time I was just about to cut the plexiglass.
Here it is cut and filed to make straight lines...

... and used as a template for the red plastic.

And the red one is cut.

Easy with the new, hollow ground blade.

Our two color window plastic is ready.

Well, almost; now to square up the broken edge.

Time to layout the side panel of the case.

For this I need the reverse
template of what I used for the plastic.

Here, the easy straight lines have been cut.

Next, to locate it on the panel.
Dead center is boring; this is what feels good to me.

Also, the drive bays in the case can
effect the light coming through the window.

Next... as in next time.
