We left off last time with the power supply end of our new cable. Here is the 128D end of the cable.
The ends are designed to be crimped. I'm crimping and soldering.

With the first coat of paint on the cover of the 128D I noticed some small scratches and a dimple. I striped off the paint and primed it. With the angle of the light just right you can see the dimple.
A fresh coat of bondo.
The file is nice and flat for wrapping the sandpaper around.
