We decided to place the on/off
switches for the CMD HD and FD
on the front.

How do you make a square
hole with a round drill?

Repainting. This paint is hard to
work with. It has streaks, no matter
what I try. I think it's the metallic flakes.

I picked up a new floppy cable, as it needed to be longer. Also I'll need to lengthen the two on/off switch wires
and the power wire for the floppy.

Here I've cut off the extra floppy connector and cable length.

I picked up some automotive wire for
the on/off switches and the power lead.

The power lead has been lengthened, and then covered by the sleeving.

The first of the two on/off
switch extensions is made.
